Diwali (the Festival of Lights) is the most important festival in Hindu culture. This gold bar honors the goddess Lakshmi also referred to as Gaj Laxmi. The goddess symbolizes strength, beauty, prosperity, wealth, power and fertility.
Each gold bar arrives sealed in a decorative sleeve with a custom-designed assay card, which includes the festival colours, elephants and lanterns (the essential symbol of Diwali). The reverse features Lakshmi sitting on a lotus flower, holding lanterns and surrounded by many of those in bullion-like finish. The obverse displays the PAMP Suisse logo in a proof-like finish and inscriptions indicating metal weight, type, purity, assay mark and unique serial number.
